Every pair of MarkWest jeans includes a hidden cellphone pocket. The days of tucking in your phone in your back pocket or your waistband only for it to fall into the dirt are OVER. Our pocket is discreetly tucked behind the regular back pocket, designed to keep your phone secure, out of sight, and completely out of the way when you ride. It won’t interfere with your seat, and somehow, you can’t even tell there’s a phone in there! Functional, flattering, and totally ride-safe—it’s one of our most-loved features for a reason.

Other jeans bunch around your hips and give you rolls at the top of your thighs. Denim that’s too stretchy often creates those rolls. We picked a denim with the perfect amount of stretch — enough to stay comfy and hold its shape, but structured enough to stay smooth. Then we redesigned the hip to keep everything snatched.

If you’ve ever dismounted only to tug and twist your jeans back into place, you’re not alone—we’ve all been there. That’s exactly why we engineered MarkWest jeans to stay straight while you ride. By opening up the knee in our design, we’ve eliminated the twisting that happens when jeans aren’t built for life in the saddle.
The result? More freedom to use your leg and no awkward adjusting in the warmup pen. And thanks to the way our denim stacks, our two inseam lengths—tall and regular— give everyone the perfect stack over boots every time. It’s magic how the lengths work for cowgirls of all heights!

ComfortRide Crotch Gusset
We completely reengineered the crotch of our jeans—replacing the traditional bulky front seam with a discreet gusset that eliminates rubbing and discomfort where it matters most. You won’t see it when you’re walking around the barn, but you’ll feel the difference the moment you’re in the saddle. After two years of testing, we can confidently say: you don’t have to settle for sore.
