Our size charts below feature the measurements for the jeans - NOT the wearer’s measurements. We recommend you measure your best-fitting pair of jeans with a soft, flexible measuring tape and choose the size that most closely matches those measurements.
The jeans are true-to-size, but depending on what style jeans you currently wear, you may want to size down one. If you have any questions about sizing, please email whitney@markwestdenim.com for a personalized size recommendation.
Our regular inseam measures 36 inches, and our tall inseam measures 38 inches. If you’re thinking those lengths sound too long or too short for you, we would encourage you to give them a try anyway! Because of the way our denim stacks over boots, the lengths work for a variety of heights and won’t ride up when you’re in the saddle.
If you’re 5’8 or shorter, try the regular inseam. If you’re taller than 5’8, try the tall inseam.

No saddle sores - and finally a cellphone pocket that actually works! These are jeans that move with you, hold their shape, and keep you focused on your ride—not your outfit.
We recommend turning your jeans inside out and washing them on cold with other jeans or similar dark colors. Don’t put them in the dryer! Just hang to dry. Over time, putting your jeans in the dryer will cause the lycra in the fabric to break down which means they’ll stretch out, resulting in that saggy butt look we all dread after riding!

These jeans are awesome. Worked all day in them and didn’t tug at them throughout the day. They stayed put and were very flattering. Rode in them and it’s the first pair of jeans I haven’t had to tug at multiple times when riding. The cel phone pocket was perfect and kept my phone secure. The color is great and THANK YOU for making a true high rise jean! Love these and want another pair to have for my rotation.
I love these jeans. They are comfortable, long enough (I'm 5'10"). The legs don't twist or ride up when you ride. They are high waisted, which I prefer. They give you the old "Rockies" vibe. The cell phone pocket is the best, rest assured your phone isn't coming out when you ride.

These are hands-down the best jeans I’ve worn and ridden in. They’re durable, flexible, and stay perfectly in place whether I’m in the saddle or doing barn chores. The fit is flattering without restricting movement, and the minimal inner seams prevent chafing on long rides. These are now my go-to jeans I reach for every time.
