Refund policy

We think you’ll love your jeans, but if you don’t, we are happy to accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

U.S. orders are eligible for free returns. To start a return, email us at whitney@markwestdenim.com.

For international orders, we also accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start an international return, simply email us at whitney@markwestdenim.com and we’ll provide the correct return address and walk you through the process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
